I read somewhere that our brains edit memories after 48 hours. Makes you wonder what details you're already misplacing.

Quit cold turkey? That's a wild move. My crew would mutiny if I just stopped writing down specs and paint codes. You're gonna need a decoder ring for your own notes in a week.
