Finally caved and got that $450 inspection camera for tight spaces

It paid for itself in a single afternoon by finding a cracked fuel line fitting hidden behind a bundle of wires. Anyone got a better brand they swear by for these things?

Man, that's the best feeling. You spend all that money and then it finds one big problem right away. My old one found a mouse nest in my truck's airbox that was about to catch fire. Makes the price tag hurt a lot less.

Oh wow, a mouse nest is no joke. But just to be clear, the nest itself wouldn't catch fire, it's more that it blocks airflow and makes the engine run way too hot. Still a huge find that saves your truck. That instant payoff from a good inspection is the best. Makes you feel smart for spending the cash.
