Shoutout to my neighbor who just told me you can make a full pound of bacon in the air fryer without any smoke alarm drama
She found that tip in a Facebook group and I tried it this morning, it actually worked perfectly. Anyone have other surprisingly large items that cook well in there?

It's the same with toaster ovens and microwaves. We keep making these small kitchen gadgets that promise a cleaner life, but they just become new places for grime to collect. The whole point was to avoid a greasy stove, but now you've got a whole other thing to scrub. Modern living is just moving messes around into smaller boxes.

Oh, I did a whole small chicken in mine last week. It was one of those rotisserie-style ones from the store, and it fit perfectly. Came out with crispy skin and stayed really juicy, which I never expected from a little basket.
