My air fryer disaster with frozen fries last Tuesday

Everyone says you can just throw frozen fries in there, but mine came out burnt on the outside and still cold inside. I set it to 400 degrees for 15 minutes like the bag said, but it was a total fail. Has anyone in Phoenix had this happen with high altitude cooking?

Yeah I've noticed that too, like every appliance has its own weird personality. My oven runs hot but my air fryer needs extra time for frozen stuff, makes no sense.
