inAfter filming my work, I saw how much time hand-tucking wastes. Now I'm all about tucking tools and finish way faster.
Referencing "seeing it frame by frame made it real," that video proof must apply to so many tasks we think are quick. I timed myself folding laundry once and it was a WAKE UP call on tiny pauses adding up. Consistent tools don't just save time, they save the brain power of second guessing every step.

inFrustrated that my neighborhood's new build ignored possible archaeology finds
Read about a similar case where a supermarket was built over possible historic remains. The crew called it construction junk and kept going, destroying what could have been a snapshot of the past. @taylor.sean has a point that some finds are just old trash, but we miss the important ones by not pausing. Once concrete is poured, the story in that ground is erased for good. It shows a real lack of care for our shared history. Letting builders always rush ruins our chance to learn.

inCan we talk about the absurdity of diesel injector break-in rituals?
Man, that reminds me of the transmission fluid guys. Saw a tech once who insisted you had to pour it through a special paper funnel while the car was exactly level, chanting the gear ratios under his breath. He'd get mad if anyone talked during it. Some people just invent whole religions around a simple fluid change.
