I used to roll my eyes at my dad's thrift store jacket collection.

Seeing him pass down his vintage denim to my brother changed my perspective. It wasn't just old clothes, it was a family tradition, and that worn-in Levi's jacket told stories I never knew.

After realizing those 'old blankets' had history, I started asking my grandma about each quilt's story.

That worn-in Levi's jacket, what's its origin story?

You know, @jason_henderson, I always imagine the origin story is etched in the fabric itself, like how the elbows are worn thin from leaning on countertops. Makes you wonder about the lives lived in it...

Yeah, it's funny how that happens (I grew up thinking my grandma's quilts were just old blankets, totally get it).
