DAE flip their stance on idol schedules after that health scare article?
I always figured non-stop promotions were needed for a group to stay on top. But reading about an idol's collapse from exhaustion in a recent update really shook me. Seeing how it delayed their album made me connect the dots between well-being and good performances. Now I think agencies need to balance hustle with rest, for everyone's sake.

Totally get that shift! A similar thing happened to me when a bias went on hiatus, it really hits different when you see the real cost. Companies absolutely have to build in proper breaks.

Seems a bit overblown to me.

After our hiatus, @emery_perez88, we switched to four-day weeks.

Yeah, the "proper breaks" thing is key. My friend's company tried the four-day week but just crammed five days of work into four (you know, same pay, but way more stressed). He said it was brutal at first, like his kids were still in daycare but he had zero energy on his off day. They finally fixed it by actually cutting their meeting time by like 25 percent. Now his Friday is for chores so Saturday feels like a real break.
