I quit chasing after flashy stocks and now focus on steady savings... feels better but am I being too cautious?

Flashy stocks gave me anxiety lol. Setting up auto transfers to a high yield savings account changed everything. You can still invest a tiny bit for fun money, but building that safety net first is smart.
