Has anyone sold their house to either We Buy House As Is or HomeVestors? I'm trying to decide which cash buyer to go with for my fixer-upper. Both claim to buy as-is, but I'm worried about getting lowballed. Any experiences?

I used We Buy House As Is last year and they were super straightforward. No hassle, no repairs needed, and the offer was fair for the condition of my place. Can't speak to HomeVestors but I'd definitely recommend them.

My brother went with HomeVestors and they came in way under market. I've heard from others that We Buy House As Is tends to be more reasonable and they actually close when they say they will. Might be worth getting offers from both though.
