Update on my old versus new smartwatch battery life

I wore my old model for a full day and it was at 15% by 8 PM, but my new one, after the same use, still had 65% left the next morning. The difference was turning off the constant heart rate monitoring, which I never really used anyway. Has anyone else found a single setting that made a huge battery difference?

Didn't think that setting mattered, but wow, turning it off saved my battery too.

Honestly just turning off the always-on display was a total game changer for me.
