Hit 100 miles on my walking app and honestly, I think the whole step counting thing is overrated.

Felt the same way until I stopped focusing on the daily count. Started setting small goals, like walking to the coffee shop instead of driving, and the miles added up without feeling like a chore.

Totally get that! I used to obsess over my step count and it made me hate my phone. Now I just try to take the stairs whenever I can and it feels way better.
