Showerthought: I keep seeing people skip the sewer scope inspection to save $150.
Our inspector found a collapsed line under the driveway that would've cost us over $5k to fix, so I'm really glad we didn't skip it.

That $5k find is a crazy example. How many people who skip it actually end up with a clean report and no issues at all? Feels like you only hear the horror stories.
