My realtor in Columbus made me walk through a house with the lights off

We were looking at a place last Thursday and she had me check out every room without turning anything on. I finally noticed how much natural light each space actually gets, which totally changed my list of must-haves. Anyone else have a realtor trick that made you see things differently?

My buddy's agent made him visit at 5 a.m. once.

Guess they wanted to make sure he saw the place before the sun came up and showed all the flaws lol.

Wait, 5 a.m. is crazy, but did your buddy actually go? My friend's agent did something similar, made her see a condo at like 6 a.m. on a Tuesday. The whole place was still dark and the super was mad about being up, it was so awkward. She said it felt super rushed and the agent just kept saying "great light" while pointing at a street lamp. Honestly some of these agents just want to be the first to show a place and don't care how it feels for the buyer.
