I thought the whole 'house inspector finds something weird' thing was just TV drama until ours pointed out a fully functional, mint-condition 1970s avocado green toilet in the attic of a house in Akron.

Wait, is a weird toilet in the attic actually a big deal? It's not like it's a body or a live raccoon family. Sounds more like a funny bonus feature to me. Maybe @daniel_martin is onto something with finding cool vintage stuff, but a toilet is just plumbing. My main worry would be a leak, not the color.
