Watching new crews skip the soak tank makes me cringe

We always dipped the posts overnight. Now they come pre-treated from the factory, but it's a thin coat. Fences start leaning after a couple seasons.

Watching them skip that step is like seeing someone build a house on sand. That factory spray is basically a glorified sunscreen, no wonder the whole thing gets tired and leans after a year.
