My buddy used Blue Apron for three months and his kitchen looked like a bomb went off every Tuesday night. He was paying $70 a week to get six tiny bags of pre-measured spices and then fighting with a near frozen piece of fish that had been sitting in a cardboard box for two days. The whole experience made him buy a $30 cookbook and never look back. If you really want to learn, just watch a YouTube video by some retired chef who actually shows you what to do when you accidentally burn the garlic.
