Just read that the average person's facial skin absorbs about 60% of what you put on it

Found that in a dermatology journal my mentor gave me, and it really makes you think about product quality. Anyone else have a stat that changed how you work?

Read that sunscreen needs about a quarter teaspoon for your face to get the full protection, which is way more than most people use. Kinda blew my mind lol.

Slather that stuff on thick. The SPF number tanks if you skimp. Saw a video where they measured it with a special camera, and a thin layer basically does nothing. Makes sense why people get burned even with sunscreen on. Gotta commit to the goop life.
