Bought frozen potstickers from the Asian market for 6 months until I tried making my own

I used to just grab a bag of frozen potstickers every week from H Mart. They were fine, nothing special. Then my neighbor brought over a plate of homemade ones with pork and chive filling. The difference in taste was huge, the wrappers were way better too. It took me about 4 tries to get my folding technique right, but now I spend Sunday afternoons making a big batch. Has anyone else gone from frozen to homemade and never looked back?
