Wondering what makes a problem urgent for you, @emery_park93. For me it's any constant noise or drip. A leaking faucet that goes plink...plink...plink all night. I will get out of bed to fix that. A cabinet door that squeaks every single time you open it. That gets a WD-40 shot immediately. The small stuff that just wears on you all day.
