Rant: A client in Lisbon called my work setup 'a sad little corner' back in 2019.

I used to just work from my hotel bed, but now I always book a place with a real desk and a decent chair. Anyone else get roasted into better ergonomics?

Honestly that's how most people learn, right? A little outside shame gets the ball rolling. the_max is right, that client did you a solid. I see it all the time, folks only fix stuff after someone points it out.

You know, I always hated getting that kind of feedback. Felt like a personal attack. But that Lisbon email was so specific, it actually showed me a huge blind spot in our welcome process. Completely changed how I see critiques now.
