TIL that expensive email marketing tool I spent $200/month on completely failed me last Tuesday

Honestly, I had been using this popular email platform for over a year and it was fine until last week. I set up a simple automated campaign for a new product launch with 500 subscribers, and it sent the wrong emails to half the list. Took me 3 hours to manually fix the mess and apologize to people. I tried their support and they blamed it on a 'glitch' but offered no refund. Switched to a free Mailerlite account that same day and it's been way more reliable. Has anyone else had a big tool let them down like that?

Happened to a friend's shop too. She lost a whole weekend.

I read another thread where people said Mailchimp did the same thing to them.

Oh wow @clairen85 that's interesting you say that because I actually think what grinds my gears is how they do the account lock but keep emailing you marketing stuff like hey come back! lol. A friend of mine ran into this last month with Keap where they froze her account but still sent her three promo emails that week. It's like they want to punish you for leaving but also beg you to come back at the same time.
