The brush count stat that made me question my workflow
Been tracking my digital paintings for the last month and found out I average 47 layer changes per piece, most of them just flipping opacity on and off. That explained why my 10 hour pieces feel so much slower than my 3 hour sketches, so I started grouping layers and it cut my time by about a third. Has anyone else actually tracked their layer habits and found something weird about how they work?

Tracking kills the fun. Just paint and stop overthinking it.
