Group texts with auto-correct vs. group texts with everyone proofreading, which chaos do you prefer?

I watched my sister's friend group argue for 20 minutes over 'duck tape' while my own group just rolls with typos like 'meet at 7, bring the bean dip', so is it worse to fight about dumb spellings or to lose all meaning in a sea of 'son of a'?

Honestly the bean dip chaos is way more fun to deal with. I've been in groups where someone corrects "their" to "there" and suddenly it's a full on grammar tribunal, meanwhile nobody even answered the original question. At least with typos you can usually figure out the vibe, like "meet at 7" is still a plan, "duck tape" is just a joke waiting to happen. The real nightmare is when autocorrect changes something actually important, like "I'm not coming" to "I'm now coming" and nobody catches it for an hour. I'll take a group that rolls with the nonsense over one that stops everything to argue about spelling every single time.
