Warning: Saw a guy toss a bag out his window this morning

I saw a driver throw a fast food bag out their window on the highway. It got me thinking about when littering wasn't so common, and I felt guilty for not honking or something.

Littering like that really gets under my skin. I remember when it was shameful to toss trash, now some people just do it without a second thought. Makes me miss the days when community pressure kept things clean.
