Tried leaving 20 minutes earlier, hit every green light for once

Switched my usual 7:10 departure to 6:50 on a dare from my neighbor last Tuesday, and the whole route through downtown Portland just... flowed. No brake tapping, no red light staring contests, even the coffee shop line was shorter. Has anyone else found that tiny timing shift makes the whole drive feel different, or was this just a lucky day?

The "coffee shop line was shorter" part is what sold me, I always figured traffic was pure luck but that timing shift clearly changes everything. I used to think leaving later was smarter, now I'm convinced those 20 minutes are the magic window.
