Am I the only one who still sees people using the same password everywhere?

I checked my cousin's accounts after he got hacked last week and found he used "password123" for his bank, email, and Netflix. He thought a password manager was too much trouble, but now he's out $400 from a fake Amazon order. I've been using a free manager since 2019 and never had an issue. Has anyone else tried to help a friend switch to one and just given up?

Why do people think password managers are some huge hassle? They literally save you time and money in the long run. Took me ten minutes to set one up and it stopped my accounts from getting cleaned out.

Tried telling myself for years that I could just remember passwords or write them down in a notebook. Then I got hit with a phishing email that almost emptied my bank account. Downloaded Bitwarden the next day and honestly felt stupid for waiting so long. The auto fill feature alone saves me like 10 minutes a week easy.
