My spoon collection got a weird reaction at a garage sale
Ive been collecting vintage spoons from thrift stores for about 4 years now, got maybe 60 of them. Last Saturday I set up a little display at a garage sale in Portland just for fun, and this kid asked me if I was a witch because I had a soup spoon with a cat engraved on it. Learned that some people think old spoons are creepy or something. Anyone else have a collection that got a strange comment from a stranger?

You ever think something was totally normal until someone else makes you see it different? That witch comment would've stuck with me too, I used to think old spoons were just junk.
