My greenhouse collapsed during that windstorm on Sunday and I lost 30 hours of work
I spent 3 evenings last week building a little greenhouse in Stardew Valley, right next to my barn. Sunday night a storm event rolled through and took out 6 crops plus the whole fence line. I sat there staring at the screen for a full minute just defeated. Ended up sleeping to save the day instead of trying to fix it in the rain. So now I'm rebuilding but farther from the water, has anyone else had storms wreck a layout they loved?
Oh no, that stinks so bad! Losing a whole layout to a random storm is the worst, it feels like the game is just out to get you sometimes. I had something like that happen in summer year 2, a storm wiped out my whole flower patch and half my sprinklers, and I just sat there like why do I even bother. Good call sleeping through it though, fixing stuff in the rain is the worst and you would've been out there forever. Smart move putting the new one away from the water too, at least that cuts down on one problem. Rebuilding is annoying but you'll probably end up liking the new spot even more, that's how it always goes for me.
