My aunt's comment about my cold brew changed my whole setup
She tasted my batch last Sunday and said it was too sour, so I tried steeping it 6 extra hours at room temp instead of the fridge. Now it's smooth and she actually asked for the recipe, has anyone else had luck going longer on steep time?
