Seriously? Is it always that bad? I've seen people rush steps and it turns out fine. Sometimes the hair just doesn't hold for other reasons. Maybe the client didn't follow care tips. It might not be just the processing time. I don't know, seems like we're making a big deal out of one case.

Check the heat tools they use at home, I've seen flat irons melt the cuticle and dump color in four days flat.
