Swapped to Procore from a spreadsheet system after a 20-unit project in Austin
I kept losing track of submittals and RFIs using Google Sheets and it cost me like 3 days of backtracking. Procore caught everything in real time and the subs actually used it. Anyone else make a similar switch and notice a huge time save?

Oh, I wouldn't quite say it caught everything in real time. I switched too and it helped a ton, but you still have to make sure the subs actually upload their stuff or it falls through the cracks just like before.

Three days of backtracking sounds more like a mild inconvenience than real pain to me.
