Lost $75 on that "underground weather control" doc bundle, it was just old cloud seeding papers
Bought it from a guy on a forum who said it had leaked military files, turned out to be public stuff from the 60s I could find free. Has anyone else gotten burned by paid "insider" docs, or is it just me?

Seventy five bucks for old cloud seeding papers from the 60s is rough but come on, you knew a guy on a forum selling "leaked military files" was a gamble. That said, the weather control stuff has always been public. Project Stormfury, Operation Popeye, all that is on Wikipedia for free. The real issue is you paid for something without asking for a sample page first. Next time make the guy send you three random pages before you send a dime. Lesson learned for less than the cost of a night out.
