Just realized my uncle was right about 9/11 after I read the NIST report

I was over at my uncle's place last Sunday and he started going on about how the official story on Building 7 never added up. He said the NIST report admitted to free fall speed for 7 seconds, which should be impossible with normal fire damage. I brushed him off at first, but then I pulled up the actual report on my phone and read section 5.6 myself. The math they used to explain it felt like a stretch, like they were forcing a conclusion. I've been into conspiracy debates for years, but this one detail really hit me different because it's right there in black and white. Has anyone else actually read the full NIST report on WTC 7?

Dove into that report once myself. Felt like I was reading a physics textbook written by someone who hated their job. Made my brain hurt more than my uncle's rants usually do.

oh man i feel you on that. what helped me was reading the executive summary first to get the main point, then skimming the rest for anything that actually mattered. honestly just taking notes on my phone as i went made it way less painful since i could focus on the bits that made sense.
