DAE have an old finisher hand you call when the pour goes sideways?
Had a pour go bad last month on a 40x60 slab in Tucson, mix started setting up way faster than we planned and I was about to panic. Called Ray, a finisher with 38 years in the trade who I met at a supply house years back, and he said "slow down, get your float on it now, worry about the finish later." He walked me through saving it over the phone in about 10 minutes and we still hit our sheen. Ray never charged me a dime for that call either. Anyone else got an old timer they lean on when things go wrong on site?
