Blew out a knee on a parking lot pour in Phoenix last July

Was finishing a 40-yard slab at a strip mall and my boot slipped on some wet poly sheeting, went down like a sack of potatoes. Anyone else ever eat it on the job and have the crew never let you live it down?

Did your buddy end up flipping the concrete buggy, or was that just my friend Mike?

Oh man, Mike's story gets crazier every time I hear it. Nah, my buddy actually didn't flip the buggy - he just tipped it sideways trying to do a sharp turn in the mud and dumped about half the load. I swear he was showing off for those guys on the other crew, trying to be all smooth with it. But honestly, between you and me, I think Mike was the real hero here. Maybe they should just stick to wheelbarrows before someone loses a toe.
