Shoutout to the guy who told me to image drives instead of fixing them one by one

I used to spend hours manually reinstalling Windows on busted computers, thinking I was being thorough. Then a veteran tech at a shop in Austin said I was wasting time and showed me how to clone a good drive with Macrium. I tried it on a Dell Optiplex last Tuesday and had it back to the customer in under an hour. Has anyone else found a tool that made you rethink your whole workflow?

Oh man, cloning changed the game for me too but I started using SMART data first to check if the drive is even worth cloning before I waste time.
