Picked between swapping the board on a dead laptop or just pulling the drive, went with the drive and the customer was thrilled
Client brought in a 4 year old Dell that wouldn't post, and I had a replacement board on the shelf but quoted both options instead of just doing it. She picked the $40 drive pull over the $180 board swap, and I had her photos off it in 20 minutes. Anyone else find customers would rather hear two prices up front than one number?
