Spotted my CEO biking to work in full rain gear yesterday
That level of dedication makes my car commute feel LAZY.

That kind of thing always shows how someone's whole mindset works. Like people who bike in the rain or walk to the store when it's cold, they just build activity into normal life. It's the same with people who do a few pushups during a TV break versus those who say they don't have time for the gym. Small choices add up to totally different lifestyles.

Honestly @the_richard is spot on about mindset being everything. Tbh some folks are just wired to see activity as a chore instead of a normal part of the day. That little shift in thinking is what makes or breaks those habits long term.

Was just reading about how tiny habits like that actually rewire your brain over time. It's not just about being tough, it's about making active choices the default setting. Saw a study where people who added small bits of exercise to their day ended up way more fit than gym-only folks. Kinda proves that stacking those little wins changes how you see yourself and what you do. So seeing a CEO bike in the rain isn't just dedication, it's probably a whole system of choices that got them there.
