Serious question, my local shop had a new comics day where 4 regulars quit mid-pull, did I miss something?
I hit my local shop in Reno on Wednesday and the vibe was off from the second I walked in. One guy I have traded with for about 3 years just set his pull list on the counter, said he was done, and walked out. Then 3 more regulars did the same thing inside 20 minutes, which I have honestly never seen in 12 years of going there. The owner said the shop is switching to a sub service for holds and some folks did not like the new monthly fee. I stood there holding my own stack trying to figure out if I should bail too, but I like the staff and the back issue bins. Has anyone else watched a store change their hold system and lose half the regulars over it?

Switching to a sub service for holds killed my old shop too, lost like six regulars overnight.
