Unpopular take on latte art: I spent 2 years chasing perfect rosettas at Blue Bottle and just realized I hate foamy milk
A barista in Portland poured me a plain black drip coffee and I finally admitted I've been forcing myself to drink those sad lattes because everyone else does. Anybody else ditch the whole milk foam trend after realizing you just want a simple brew?

I mean, is this really that deep? You worked at a coffee shop for two years, you probably made yourself a hundred lattes. You could have just... ordered a drip coffee the whole time. Nobody's forcing you to drink foam, it's not a cult.
