Spent 45 minutes trying to order a simple latte at a shop in Austin

I walked into this tiny place called Brew & Bloom last saturday. The menu had like 20 weird names for drinks but nothing said 'latte' anywhere. After standing there confused for 5 minutes, I asked the barista and she laughed and pointed to something called 'The Cloud' which was just a latte with oat milk. Has anyone else run into coffee shops that make ordering way harder than it needs to be?

My cat could have named those drinks better and she literally just stares at walls all day. 45 minutes though, thats almost as long as it took me to figure out that "The Fog" was just a plain black coffee at this place near my work. You would think for 7 bucks they could just write "latte" on the menu so we can all move on with our lives.

Right? I once waited 50 minutes for a drink called "The Void" and it was just water.
