PSA: spent 3 months trying to figure out why my local shop in Portland keeps running out of oat milk by 10am
I go to this place on Alberta almost every morning and for a solid 3 months they were out of oat milk by the time I got there around 9:30. I finally asked the owner what was going on and she said they order the same amount every week but one office nearby started doing a big group order every Monday at 8am. So now they double the oat milk order on Sunday nights and it has not run out once in the past month. Has anyone else noticed a shop that got cleaned out by one big regular group order?

Wait, the owner said they order the same amount every week, so the shop wasn't really the problem, it was that Monday group order wiping them out. Still a good fix on their end though.
