Finally figured out why my latte art was always collapsing
Tbh after 3 months of watching tutorials, I realized I was steaming my milk at too high a temp and the microfoam was breaking apart before I could even pour, has anyone else found that thermometers are way more reliable than just going by feel?

Wait, so you're telling me there's a scientific reason my latte art looks like a sad blob instead of a swan? I've been blaming my shaky hands for months. Guess I'll just keep pretending thermometers are the answer and my milk is the problem.

Wait, hold on - the thermometer is actually key here? I've been just guessing when my milk's hot enough and wondering why my foam looks like dishwater mess. This changes everything about my morning coffee routine, I thought I was just bad at this.

Tbh I wrecked three thermometers before realizing they're not supposed to touch the bottom of the pitcher.
