I finally paid for a $15 course on Git and it saved my whole project
I've been learning to code for about 4 months, mostly free YouTube stuff. Last week I messed up a big file and couldn't undo it, so I bought a short Git basics course on Udemy. It cost $15 on sale, and now I actually understand commits and branches. Has anyone else found that paying a little for structure beats free tutorials when you're stuck?

Paying for structure is so underrated when you're stuck (I did the same thing with a $12 CSS course after fighting floats for a week). Free tutorials are great until you don't know what you don't know, you know? Now just make sure you commit early and often, that habit alone will save you more times than you can count.
