I finally banned my cat from my home office after the Denver client call, but now I feel guilty
Last Tuesday I was on a Zoom call with a client in Denver when my cat Moose jumped on my keyboard and ended the meeting by walking across the trackpad. I locked him out of the room after that and my calls have been smooth, but he sits by the door and cries the whole time. Part of me thinks I should just deal with the chaos and let him back in, the other part says my job is more important. Where do you draw the line between pet and paycheck?
