Hit 100 video call interruptions from my cat without missing a beat
My cat Moose has this thing where he HAS to sit on my keyboard during any call longer than 10 minutes. I counted the interruptions over the last 3 months and it hit exactly 100 last Thursday. The kicker is I used to mute and apologize every time, now I just pick him up and keep talking like nothing happened. My coworker in the Tampa office even started taking bets on which call he'd show up on. It felt weird to celebrate a hundred disruptions, but honestly it means I finally stopped panicking mid sentence. Anybody else keep a running tally of pet interruptions or am I the only one with a spreadsheet for this?
