A 2023 survey said 63% of workers would take a pay cut for remote work, and I think that's nuts
I saw this stat in a LinkedIn report back in March and it stuck with me. 63% of people said they'd give up money just to skip the commute. I get hating traffic, but giving up actual cash for the same job feels like a bad trade, especially early in your career when raises build on each other. My coworker took a $6,000 cut at her old job for remote and she's still behind on salary two jobs later. What's the most you'd give up to never sit in rush hour again?
