A regular at the diner told me my salads looked like 'a raccoon threw it together' and I was pissed at first, but then I realized she was right about the dressing pooling in one spot. Now I toss everything in a separate bowl first and it takes 30 extra seconds but nobody complains anymore. Has anyone else had a rude comment that actually fixed how you work?
