Tried both Wave and QuickBooks for my small fintech startup and the difference in customer support was night and day.
After 3 months of fighting with Wave's automated support system over a bank connection issue, I switched to QuickBooks and had a real person call me back in 30 minutes to fix it, has anyone else found that the level of support changes how you feel about a platform?

QuickBooks' support is only good because you pay way more for it...

Switched to Wave after QuickBooks gouged me. Adamk95 nailed it.

I read somewhere that QuickBooks has way more support staff than Wave, and @hugo_robinson25 is right about the price difference.
