The difference in our Calgary office after switching to a local payroll fintech
We used to spend two full days each month just fixing payroll errors with our old system, a big bank's small business platform. After switching to a Calgary-based fintech called PayNorth six months ago, that time is down to maybe three hours. The big change was real-time tax calculation updates and a simple dashboard that actually shows you where a problem is. Before, our bookkeeper would get a generic error code and have to call support for an hour. Now it flags the exact employee and field. Has anyone else made a switch like this and seen their admin time drop so much?

Is that time saving from the new software or just fixing the old setup's mess? I've seen similar switches where the real work starts after the first few easy months.
